We had to complete a risk assessment for our video, as some of the things we are doing could be slightly dangerous. Doing this ensured that everyone is as safe as possible during shooting.

Shooting Schedule
This is mine and Izzy's shooting schedule. It explains where we are going to be doing some of our shots, and who will be in each one. We have also wrote the time and date we are going to be filming so that the people in our video can easily understand when we need them. It also helps keep us in order of what parts of the song we need videoing next. We have put our props list on this for each shot we do, so we can be organised and know what we are going to need for each shot, we can be prepared for each day of filming.

Actors, Props, Locations and Clothing
Actors -
Ash Scott
Aaron Scott, Tom Burley, Tom Knights etc (backing people)
The reason I decided to use Ash as the main character in my music video is because I think he is a really good actor, and acts a bit like how a typical indie lad would. He already has some checkered shirts and other types of costume that we could have used in the video, so it will make it a lot easier.
I have chosen to have 3 or 4 young lads in the background of the video in some shots of the video to try and make it a bit similar to Jamie T's because in his video he has his friends messing around and having fun in some shots.
Locations -
Mattus carpark.
There is an Alley Way in this carpark which would look good in the video with Ash running through it when he is singing the chorus. The reason I think it would look good is because its quite a confided space and I think would contrast with the part of the song Ash will be singing here, in a way.
Market Rasen train station
Quite a lot of our videoing will be done at the train station in Market Rasen, as i think the lyrics in our chosen song have a lot to do with being at a train station, and some other parts in the song we think would look suitable being videoed here. 'I took a train...'
De Aston School
We have a few shots of Ash and co, performing in the school, for example the shot of him when it says 'pat on my back, swig on my brew...'. The different shots are all over the school, to give us a few more locations to work with. We might also do some shots in the sixth form common room because they're sofas and tables in there, so we could maybe make it look like Ash's house.
Willingham woods
The reason I have decided to do some filming at the woods is because it is a little bit different to the rest of the video, (I will be challenging typical generic conventions). There is also a lot of room to get running shots, and to film Ash and his friends having fun with his friends.
Props
To fit in the the conventions of an indie person, I am hoping to be able to use cigarettes and cans of beer in the video, because that is what some people associate with indie. The cans of beer obviously won't be full though.
I think that we could also end up using typical props like mobile phones or Ipods just for cut away shots and ones where Ash isn't singing.
